If your device arrives faulty or stops working within the 12-month warranty period, we’ll happily replace or refund it — no stress.

2. The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Dampen your face and apply your favourite cleanser onto the Facial Brush.
- Activate the brush
Wet the brush head, then turn on your device.
- Cleanse
Gently glide the brush in circular motions across your face and neck for about 1–2 minutes. Adjust intensity if available.
- Rinse & finish
Rinse your face and the device thoroughly, then pat skin dry. Follow with your skincare routine.

For best results, use it once or twice daily as part of your normal skincare routine to help remove makeup, SPF, oil and build-up more effectively than cleansing with your hands alone.
Gentle gel, cream or milk cleansers work best with silicone brushes, apply your cleanser onto the brush head, then move it over damp skin in circular motions for a thorough clean.
The brush holds an exceptionally long charge up to two months of daily use on a single charge. When it’s time to recharge, simply plug it in with the included USB cable until it’s fully powered.
Rinse the silicone head with warm water after each use, wash with gentle soap if needed, and allow it to air dry silicone is naturally hygienic and easy to keep clean
