International orders ship free when you spend $199 or more — or $14.90 flat rate if under.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

If your device arrives faulty or stops working within the 12-month warranty period, we’ll happily replace or refund it — no stress.

We offer store credit or exchange if:

1. You contact us within 14 days of receiving your product, and

2. The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
