Microdermabrasion is safe to use if you have fillers; however, we recommend doing the treatment before getting filler or waiting a period of at least 2 weeks until after the filler has settled. Because microdermabrasion only targets the surface layer of the skin, and does not penetrate deep into the layers of the skin, fat or bone, it will not disrupt or disfigure filler placement.
